The Larch Pine Inn has four guest rooms with private baths in the Main House (the Harbor, Regatta, Spinnaker and Mooring Rooms) and the Crow’s Nest, a one-bedroom apartment above the two stall garage. All guest rooms are tastefully decorated and fully furnished with a comfortable king or queen size bed, Comphy Company hotel quality linens, pillows, comforters and bedding, WiFi and Flat Screen Smart TVs. All guests at Larch Pine Inn are welcome to enjoy the wrap around screened-in porch. We proudly serve Cabin Coffee’s ‘Cabin Breakfast’ blend of coffee. Guests will find everything they need to make their first cup of coffee in the kitchen of the Main House and in the Crow’s Nest – coffee pot, filters, filtered water, coffee cups/mugs, stevia and creamer (in the fridge). Should any issues arise during your stay, there is an Innkeeper just a phone call away to answer any questions or help should you need assistance.

“We had such a great stay at Paula and Ken's Larch Pine Inn Bed and Breakfast. The brand new bed was super comfortable, great jacuzzi tub and shower was perfect after a long hot day outside for a wedding. Paula had bundt cake waiting for us when we got in that evening and the most amazing breakfast prepared for us, served on the screened-in porch, in the morning. Ken gave us a great tour of the house and history of the property and recommended a nice walk down to the lake after breakfast. We are looking forward to our next visit.”

“Ken and Paula couldn't have been kinder or more attentive. They have new mattresses (even pillows of different softnesses) and getting everything in ship-shape. The three-course breakfast was amazing. And they are perfectly located—a ten-minute walk from both the town square to the south, and the historic Surf Ballroom to the north. You will not find friendlier or more generous hosts!”

“The stay was perfect! We enjoyed the warm hospitality and cozy feel you've created. It made me think of the Danish concept of "hygge." The bed was comfortable too. The deluxe breakfast was fantastic, and the history of the Inn was nice. I've been to many hotels in almost 40 different countries, and thought the Larch Pine was very charming. We look forward to staying there again on my next visit to Clear Lake.”
